What’s it like to experience poverty? One of the saddest types of misery we may experience in our world is having to endure daily suffering without the resources everyone should have access to. In our society, poverty is a serious problem. Poverty results in the loss of many lives.

You all must be thinking, then, how one got himself into poverty. Are there any solutions to overcome this problem?

Well, firstly, there are so many factors that contribute to poverty and It is caused by many different things. Population growth, unemployment, illiteracy, and a lack of suitable education and skills are the main causes. Additionally, because they are unable to get employment, many cannot sustain themselves.

As a result, people are unable to access necessities like clean water to drink, sanitary conditions, and medical care. They are unable to provide for their families and children as a result. War, natural disasters, political instability, and other issues are additional causes of poverty. For instance, several nations were then impacted by World War II and made to endure a protracted period of poverty. Therefore, such countries found it challenging to regain their former states.

Similar to this, significant natural disasters cause poverty and hunger in some regions. An impoverished family experiences the effects of poverty. The inability of the poor to consume nutritious food and nutrition has an impact on their capacity to work. Due to his decreased capacity to work, he gets poorer. Children from low-income families never receive adequate nourishment or education. They have to work to support their family, which destroys their childhood.

Are there any effects from it? Poverty has a number of effects. One of the most detrimental effects of poverty is malnutrition. People who are struggling financially cannot adequately eat. They consume unhealthy foods and drink dirty water. Even when they become ill, they are unable to visit a doctor and receive treatment. Many households struggle to pay for two meals per day. Poor people suffer from physical and mental illnesses. The planet is home to millions of hungry individuals. They are unable to take their kids to school without a place to live and have nothing to wear. Due to poverty, the children suffer greatly. They are compelled to work for little pay in order to support their families.

Then how will one overcome it?

Let me tell you: that we can work to end poverty by addressing flood issues, establishing cooperative farms for the adoption of modern agricultural methods, releasing the poor from the control of various types of exploiters, giving them employment opportunities, and reducing population growth. We won’t be completely successful that way, though. To truly abolish poverty, we must seek to fundamentally restructure the system so that no one can exploit others. But before we do that, it’s important to remember that a single sentence won’t put an end to poverty. Everyone must work sincerely to do that.

Although poverty is a social ill, we can work to reduce it. For instance, we may simply donate used clothing to those in need, fund a poor child’s education, or volunteer our time to teach underprivileged youngsters. The implementation of some efficient programs can end poverty in India, but doing so requires a collaborative effort from everyone, not just the government. The Indian government should adopt some practical plans to improve the social sector, particularly in rural areas, by focusing on important issues including family welfare, population control, primary education, and job development.
